Someone asked me how I put on so much weight over the past year and a half....

                    

Part of what helped me gain so much weight was that I really boosted the amount of exercise I was getting. That in turn increased my appetite dramatically, which helped me gain more weight. That added weight makes my workouts harder, which means I get even hungrier afterward. When I do get hungry, I let myself have whatever I want. I'm very carnivorous, and I eat a ton of meat & dairy. Ice cream, heavy cream, many different kinds of cheeses, goats milk, pizza, tacos, pretty much any meat and cheese product, whatever. I'm addicted to animal-based food products. I try to stuff myself until I'm full in the morning, and then just keep snacking/grazing to maintain that feeling all day in between my other responsibilities. A lot of it comes down to always having food available... I always take extra drinks & snacks with me in my purse or backpack, just in case.

I do aerobics, bellydance, yoga, and strength-training, alternating between each everyday. I also live in a large city & I don't have a vehicle, so I have to walk a lot, especially when school is session. I can walk about 1.5/2 miles before I really start getting bad cramps or problems. I've had a lot of people tell me that if I cut down on my exercise, I'd gain even more weight, but when I've tried that, my appetite seems to disappear.

Also, once I turned 18, I started looking into feederism and experimenting with stuffing sessions. The hornier I am, the more I eat. The more orgasms I have, the more I eat. It's a strange cycle, some days all I do is orgasm and eat (these are very special days for me, usually as a way to unwind after crazy exams or other very stressful times.) Food really gets me worked up sexually, and it wasn't until I started experimenting with it that I discovered what an aphrodisiac being stuffed was. I'm currently trying to expand my stomach to the point where I can eat two x-large stuffed crust meat-lovers pizzas in one sitting. So far, I've accomplished one and a half (along with over a liter of soda and some chicken wings) in one of my biggest stuffing sessions to date.

I've experimented with weight gain/body builder shakes, and while they're not the best tasting thing in the world, they do work rather well for those days when school has me too busy to really keep up with eating.

With all that being said, I do look after my health. I go in for regular check-ups and full rounds of exams, and so far I've never had any abnormal test results (much to the surprise of my doctors, who believe I must be cursed with evil DeathFat.) Part of why I push myself so hard exercise-wise is because I really cherish my mobility, and I'd love to be over 550lbs and still be able to do all the things I can do today. If it really came down to it and I had to lose weight, I could do it pretty easily, but I don't think I'd be anywhere near as happy with myself as I am when I notice my belly jiggling more or my ass spilling out of my way-too-tight jeans.

And trust me, I know I sound crazy to a lot of people, but sometimes the heart wants what the heart wants. I'd be doing this regardless of whether others shared my fetish or not.
